Kevin J. Cooper, the newly elected Chairman of the Miami-Dade Republican Party, has been an longtime figure within the local GOP for nearly a decade. First elected to the Republican Executive Committee in 2016, Cooper has held leadership roles, including Campaign Director, where he played a pivotal role in flipping Miami-Dade County red in 2022. As chairman, he is focused on expanding the GOP's reach by engaging new communities and strengthening voter registration efforts, especially as he prepares for the 2026 election cycle. Cooper is committed to continuing the party's recent successes in Miami-Dade, emphasizing grassroots efforts and early fundraising to build a robust war chest. His vision for the future includes leveraging the momentum of pro-Trump supporters and pushing forward the party’s agenda to ensure continued growth in the region. A staunch Republican since the early 1970s, Liliana Ros is perhaps the most recognizable face of the Miami Dade GOP. An immigrant from Cuba, Liliana has fought tirelessly to make sure that the horrors of communism her family faced in Cuba would never see the light of day in the United States. Ros has played integral roles in every major election in Miami Dade County since before Pres. Reagan. First elected in 1992, Ros has easily won re-election since. As the State Committeewoman, she represents the Republican Party at the state level and plays a key role in the party's operations, strategy, and outreach efforts within the county and beyond. Liliana Ros is the longest serving State Committeewoman in Florida history, proudly representing Miami-Dade County for over 30 years. 

Kevin Marino Cabrera was elected State Committeeman in November of 2023. Cabrera is also a Miami Dade County Commissioner for District 6, which spans all or part of Coral Gables, Hialeah, Miami, Miami Springs, Virginia Gardens and West Miami. Cabrera, won his seat on the Miami-Dade Commission with 61.5% of the vote. Cabrera is a longtime Republican activist, having served in local, congressional, and presidential campaigns. In 2020, Cabrera served as Florida State Director for Donald J. Trump for President and the Republican National Committee. The result was the highest level of registered Republicans in Florida history, delivering the state to President Trump.  “As your State Committeeman, I am eager to roll up my sleeves and work together to strengthen our Republican Party, putting America, Florida, and Miami-Dade County first,” Cabrera said.

Luis Rodriguez is a dedicated Republican leader with over thirty years of active involvement in the local party. He previously served as Vice Chairman under three chairs, including the late great Mary Ellen Miller. Luis served during the highly successful 2010 election cycle, Republicans were elected to all partisan races in Miami-Dade County. Luis is committed to continuing his work to elect Republican candidates, support President Trump’s efforts to Make America Great Again, and serve the Republican Party, which he believes is the greatest political party in history. 

Stephanie Torres is a Miami, Florida native, born to Cuban exiled parents who instilled in her the importance of freedom. From 2019 to 2022, she worked for the Republican Party of Florida, contributing to efforts to flip Miami-Dade County red and assisting with operations in Monroe County. She also served as Chair of the Florida Federation of College Republicans while supporting the Florida Victory and Trump Team, and was involved in fundraising for the Black Conservative Federation and Win America PAC. With all of this experience, Stephanie now serves as an advisor and director of Grassroots Operations and Strategy for the largest center right grassroot operations and fundraising organization in America, where she works to elect conservatives committed to freedom-minded solutions during the legislative cycle.

Abel Carvajal is a second-year law student at Florida International University’s College of Law and a proud lifelong resident of Hialeah. He has been involved in Conservative politics since high school, where he co-founded his school’s Turning Point USA chapter, and has worked on several campaigns, including interning for President Trump’s re-election campaign. Abel played a key role in flipping Miami-Dade red for the first time in 20 years in 2022 and has supported numerous candidates across the county. He would be honored to earn your vote to help build a united, focused, and conservative Republican Party in Miami-Dade. Carvajal has also recruited his friends, family, and activists to do door to door and help elect Republicans to office.
